11 months, despite constant chasing and constant excuses and promises it would come. No wallpaper. Finally had to ask for a refund, but complementing furniture and furnishings had been bought ages ago. Now stuck.

The design is great but the product poor. Very translucent and the installation techniques they advise on their website that are also recognised by approved installers should be disregarded. The datum lines used to hang the paper plumb are clearly visible even though lightly drawn in pencil. Company do not care and avoid any responsibility.

Avoid this company at all costs! Absolute SCAMMERS! Read the comments from UK customers carefully! Placed my order for 3 rolls of wallpaper which were in line with other sites. I made the mistake of buying from Rebel Walls!
A few days after my order I get an email from UPS which states if I don’t pay £50.38 taxes on my £190 order, it will be delayed! Basically this site is a con and they hide charges. I’ll be claiming via PayPal and writing as many negative reviews as I can!

Update - they’ve just emailed me to say VAT @ 20% is excluded, they billed me via UPS over 27% so even they don’t have a clue what extra costs will follow! Like I said, AVOID and buy from a reputable firm!

BEWARE OF ADDITIONAL COSTS!
The import tax needs to be more prominent on the site. I was very shocked that I had to pay the UPS delivery driver £70 as the site advertises free delivery.
Complained to Rebel Walls who said it is on the site.
I have no recollection of seeing this at all and customer services were very unhelpful.
Not able to speak to customer services as the number on their site is incorrect, the only way was by online chat.

Have ordered in the past and now post BEXIT into the UK. So below the FAQs T&Cs this company mentions the import duties. Two points.
1. Please highlight this higher up the page as either a FAQ or line directly below.
2. For UK customers the duty is about 25%, so for us this time just over £100 off an order of £400. You can of course refuse the parcel. The service provider has to take it back at the company will resolve.

Again great product but really the likely duty % should be noted when purchasing.

This wallpaper company really delivers. At such a reasonable price, you can have a custom wall treatment that is as good or better than some of the most expensive brands out there.

In the end my experience was very good. I ordered the Chinoiserie pattern that I had custom matched to my paint color. Originally I worked with Simon who told me the company could custom match the background for $50 extra, although he was very clear the color cannot be exact but very close. I was fine with that. I sent my swatch to Simon and what I received back wasn’t even in the ball park, completely off. I was then somehow moved off Simon and to Kristian. I told Kristian that the color is nice, it’s just very off and needs to be tonally lighter and would like another swatch made. After a lot of back and forth, Kristian refused to make another swatch without me making another additional payment. Even when I sent her a photo and said I was told by Simon it would be very close...In the end she stopped answering my emails. I thought the project was dead but decided to make the $40 long distance phone call to the company and luckily Simon picked up. He agreed with me that the color was nowhere in the ballpark, apologized, and agreed to send another swatch free of charge. When I received the second round, it was so very close to the color I wanted- I was excited about that. I ordered the wallpaper and I’m extremely happy with how it looks. It was also easy enough to hang, no issues. And the glue was free. Although there was a hiccup in the middle and the project took weeks longer to get than I wanted, I found Simon to be extremely helpful and I’m very happy I chose this company and their wallpaper.

Great product and service! I ordered wallpaper from multiple companies at the same time for a few projects around the house and Rebel Walls wins first prize in all categories! Both the samples and my order shipped quickly, arriving within days of ordering. I had an issue with my order (my fault) that they graciously and promptly helped me correct. The wallpaper was the easiest to work with, too - the paper texture made it easy to work with, in comparison to others that were thick and unforgiving. And the panels are so well-marked and easy to layout, so there is no need to spend extra time figuring out how to get the patterns to match. Most importantly - I LOVE my new wallpaper! I definitely recommend Rebel Walls!

After a client told me about the Netflix series 'Interior Design Masters', I was asked by this same client to find the wallcovering from Episode 5 in the 'twin room' which I happily tracked down to being the Bellewood. While covering the entire wall was out of my client's budget, it was decided to frame one smaller piece of the Bellewood, which ended up looking great in my client's revamped office. I would love to be able to share a picture of this for others to see. Also, the service I received throughout the transaction from Rebel Walls was fantastic and seamless. We were surprised with the shipping speed for the wallpaper we chose (we received it in two days from ordering). Very easy to follow instructions on the website (both written and videos) and in the package. More than enough supply of glue was included. All you need is a brush or roller, a sharp knife/cutter for the final cuts, making sure you put your first strip down straight, and a bit of patience. It took us about 3-4 hours to put it up on a 16' by 8 ' wall (first time ever putting up wallpaper) and it looks amazing! Couldn't be happier with the accent wall in our bedroom!

Thanks for the Great Wall paper. I was very happy with the outcome and will definately order again this time for a larger wall. We had no mishaps when putting up, the included paste worked fine. We had to adjust the first roll three times but it did not affect the paper. I have gotten lots of favorable comments. So glad I chanced on your website and will have a hard time narrowing my next pick.

Fantastic product, fantastic assistance and service. Even the delivery was very good.
Very hard to fault. Highly recommend.

Don’t order the samples huge huge waste of money, half of it was covered in stupid branding so you couldn’t even see how the wall paper would look on the wall and the patterns weren’t the full scale of what it would look like on the wall but a portion of the full pattern! So useless and I wasted so much money and am so so disappointed - won’t be ordering from them any time soon.

1: the payment process is one click and there no make sure page!! So when i try to make sure if they will provide a descount dor me as a business account.. I surprised they took the payment!

2: there is no cancel bottom after the payment process!

3:the prices are very high than other wallpapers companies all over the world so i need a special descount as a designer because am paying a big amont of tax here in my country!

4: i need a sample of any future orders.
